  Check the Health Guarantee

  Inspect your plant upon arrival and ensure you are within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

  Document the Issue

  Take clear photos of the plant, including the foliage and the soil, as well as the packaging if it arrived damaged.

  Contact Our Support Team

  Email our team at hello@prickleplants.com with your order number and the photos to receive a return authorization.

  Ship or Recycle

  Follow the provided instructions to either ship back your accessories or, in the case of live plants, follow our eco-friendly disposal or recovery guide.
